TED is really great, some of their videos are very interesting. Havent watched this one yet but Im sure it will be good.Nice find. Definitely following this blog!
I used to love TED talks :D and this has reminded me why. I never viewed our "gaming" society as a problem solving, trigger happy bunch of innovators, but thanks to her, I now do :]
This is a very convincing presentation, I'm just skeptical of her projections and conclusions. Her mentality, however, is highly indicative of the persona she is trying to paint in her talk. The keywords there was the vague citation from "scientists", although everyone knows that most of the attendees at TED conferences are scientists. Would be more convincing if she cited specifics.
